Okay, so I found a bit of good news if you like sweet treats. Of course "everything in moderation" is a popular thing to say. According to a new study… Eating candy regularly does NOT make you more likely to be fat.
Researchers looked at over 5,000 people to see how much candy they are and how healthy they were.
Those who ate sweets at least every other day were no more likely to be overweight or be at greater risk of heart disease than others who treated themselves about once a week or less. You can read more here on the article I found.
