Is he really saying we'd be out of Afghanistan now had we gotten OBL at Tora Bora? I'm not neccessarily defending anybody where Tora Bora is concerned, but this is a pathetic attempt to insulate President Obama from the consequences of his Afghanistan decisions. You can hear it now; "you can't blame President Obama, we would have been out years ago if not for Tora Bora." Pathetic. Simply pathetic.
