I think this ad is absolutely BRILLIANT. I can't think of anything better Nike could have done in standing by Tiger and rolling out a new campaign. This is known in advertising as "the deep sell." It allows Tiger to be upbraided by his father as he just stands there and takes it. This ad might do more to restore Tiger than almost anything else he does off the golf course.
