Rush Limbaugh pointed this out on Friday. When the government conceded during arguments before the Supreme Court that current law allowed for book banning, there was probably little doubt the Court would rule in the way that it did on Friday. This isn't judicial activism, this is simply an even application of the First Amendment. And it's interesting how the left normally believes in erring to the side of free speech in First Amendment rulings. But not this time. Huh...
