Guess Who Thinks "The Daily Show" is a News Program

That would be POTUS. What he says is Jon Stewart has more credibility than some of the conventional newscasts. Which is strange because an authoritative figure on this issue has called "The Daily Show" a "fake newsast," Who was that figure? Jon Stewart.

And, of course, President Obama blames Rush Limbaugh and Grover Norquist for Washington gridlock. He's hoping a good electoral spanking in November will "break the fever," and return the GOP to the good old days when Dwight Eisenhower wasn't afraid to build the interstate system. Here's the difference; Eisenhower built the interstate system because the U.S. needed a modern highway system. That IS what government is supposed to do. And yes, he realized that such a system would ultimately help commerece.

That's a far cry from wanting government to create jobs that last in perpetuity.
