Now James Starks is likely out of the rest of the year? He was a big part of the Packers big rushing day Sunday. That leaves the running game to Alex Green and leaves the Packers with barely enough warm bodies to staff the backfield. People have been comparing this year to 2010, when a battered Packers team fought their way to the Super Bowl. Perhaps it's just my fading memory, but this seems a lot worse than 2010 in the injury department.

The Packers need to get healthy(Clay Matthews, Jordy Nelson, Charles Woodson) if they're going to get to make a deep run in the playoffs. But that means not getting injured any further. That doesn't appear to be in the cards. It's not just the Packers; a lot of teams have been hit hard, but wow.
