Thankfully, the Supreme Court disagreed with her. Liberals feel they have the tipping point they've been waiting for with the Newtown shooting and they've got the pedal to the metal. Funny how she forgot the rest of the Amendment: "right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." 

Whatever the rationale given for the right, the right is clearly expressed nonetheless.
