I realize Romney is again at the cusp of "sealing the deal." He's been here before, but the resounding victory in Illinois brings him as close as he's ever been. In fact, Wisconsin is likely do or die for Rick Santorum. So, Barnes, looking ahead, sees Wisconsin's Paul Ryan as a good fit if Romney is the nominee. I think Rubio would be excellent, but it's hard to argue with Barnes' logic here...
