I cautioned on the air today not to get too excited, but clearly it's good news. Stephen F. But liberals weren't voting against Scott Walker just yet and they will be more energized next month.

But conservatives obviously are anxious to vote for him. And as I said on the air today, here's what's clear; conservatives are as eager to vote for him as liberals are against him. That means it's all about turnout. And turnout seems to be a bit more of a question mark for Democrats than Republicans, at least at this moment.
