Frank Caliendo once used the term "truth Tourette's" when pardoying President George W. Bush. I think that term can certainly be used here. In fact, that President Obama has been allowed to get away with the "view is evolving" nonsense this long validates what Halperin says here. NO Republican would ever get away with that.
