Hot Air had this yesterday already. And as the Standard points us, this is just speculation. Damned interesting speculation though. And it adds to the suspicious timing scenario of Patreaus' resignation that was out yesterday. Why did he resign over this affair now? Was it about to come public in some other way? Did at least one of their spouses know for a long time? Or is it completely unrelated?
