This is bizarre; The CBS affiliate in Phoenix, for 17 seconds, ran a graphic of Nov. 6 election results which showed President Obama had won a second term. Okay, I can believe the story that they were testing their results system; everybody does that. But in my experience you do it with everybody having zero. And if you're going to have one candidate or the other winning in your test, wouldn't you do everything possible to make sure it doesn't get on the air?
