Christian Schneider: "Gov. Scott Walker's Medicaid Plan would Expand Coverage"

Lt. Gov. Rebecca Kleefisch hinted at some type of hybrid plan during an interview on my show yesterday, and this would seem to fit the bill. I hope to learn more about the Governor's plans on my own in time for tomorrow's show.
