Flipping the bird. These case have come up in Wisconsin. What I argued in those cases is that disorderly conduct statutes are so vague in terms of what conduct is actually disorderly that officers could make the stop on those grounds. One of the Wisconsin cases was an officer flipped off while in an unmarked squad car. What do you think? Should officeres be able to stop someone who flips them off?
