I'm not sure this event will have much of an impact, but I'm among those who am sounding the alarm about the moves that can be expected against gun rights in the post Sandy Hook era. And whatever increased gun control the left gets now, they'll be back for more later.

Just as they're now admitting they want more tax increases they'll be back for more gun rights, probably after the next Sandy Hook. And sadly, yes, there will be another Sandy Hook. And they'll use it to try to take whatever they don't get this time around.
