Who knew? A lot of people credit the Mrs. Robinson character with creating "the cougar," a 40 something woman looking for a 20 something man. Interestingly, Ann Bancroft was 37 and Dustin Hoffman was 30 when "The Graduate" was made. Perhaps the many young men who suddenly found 40 someting women attractive didn't realize Bancroft was in her late 30's. And I'm not sure why they chose Grey as "stunt leg" Bancroft looked great!
