Some folks in Wausau think this is some type of feud. Not at all. I've had civil but brief exchanges with Rob. That said I feel he misrepresents my point in this response. He said there was no evidence of strong support for vouchers in the targeted cities. I wanted to show him there was. It was that simple. One other note; Rob is also mistaken about  the level of stagecraft involved. Some people don't take these efforts as well as Rob did.
