I try to resist the "nanny nation" mentality but sometimes it is difficult. Allowing this woman to procreate again seems to go against all common sense. She is willing to sell her children for a boyfriend in jail? Yes, she's 22 and you hope she can become a responsible adult, but what kind of money would you put down on that? I understand what a chilling prospect government ordered sterility is. But consider this; would you allow this woman to babysit your children; ever???
