I realize there are incompetent judges everywhere, but Wisconsin seems to have more than its fair share. Really, a judge buys the sob story that he can't find any else to plow snow???? And yes, the bail is too low already. I understand the difference between being accused and being convicted. But we incarcerate or monitor people on bracelets before trial for a reason. And with that comes the reality you can't do things you'd otherwise do, unless you're lucky enough to draw a soft-headed judge.
