Well then, can I just terminate this phone call?

This is truly amazing. My former cable provider got testy with me when we switched services, but it paled in comparison to this. I believe, quite frankly, this guy persisted because the customer stayed calm. If the guy had unloaded on the rep, this probably would have ended much sooner.

I'm guessing he wanted to see if the guy would cancel him if he stayed calm. I NEVER would have lasted this long.
