WAUSAU, Wis (WSAU) There was a house fire on 52nd Street in the Town of Wausau last night. The cause is still under investigation.

The Wausau, Easton, and Ringle fire departments responded to the blaze, near the intersection of County Highway Z.

Firefighters say they were able to contain the damage to one room, although other parts of the house suffered some smoke damage. There were no injuries.
