WAUSAU, Wis (WSAU) Wausau has fined a local landlord 1-point-2 million dollars for a series of unresolved property violations.

The city says Todd Link has two properties, one on Second Avenue and another on Park Avenue that are in disrepair. There are eight violations on the Second Avenue property, including keeping old vehicles on the grounds.

The Park Avenue property includes a badly deteriorated barn that the city ordered torn down.

Link says some repairs are already completed, and that many of the violations have been corrected.

The city says the amount of the fines could be reduced if repairs are made. Some of the violations date back to 2007.
