UNDATED (WSAU) A local probation officer's two supervisors were dismissed from a lawsuit involving three female inmates who claim they were fondled. The initial lawsuit said that Larry Taft was not properly supervised by his superiors.

Yesterday a federal judge dismissed the lawsuit against Kevin Rusch and Mike Williams. The lawsuit against Taft remains.

Taft has already pled guilty to 4th degree sexual assault for groping the women during probation meetings. Taft was sentenced to 15 months in prison.

The women are now seeking monetary damages for violating their civil rights. The case is expected to go to trial next year.
