WAUSAU, Wis (WSAU) Today the first of three finalists to be the next superintendent of the Wausau School District will be in-town for interviews. Dr. Steve Patz is the superintendent of the Franklin School District.
The district is smaller than Wausau. It has five elementary schools, one middle school and one high school. It serves a community of about 30-thousand people in Milwaukee County. The suburban community ranks as one of the best places to live in Wisconsin in a recent CNN-Money Magazine survey.
The other finalists are Dr. Michael Richie from Northland Pines and
Dr. Kathleen William from Illinois.
Tonight at 7-45 the public can meet Dr. Patz at the Longfellow Administration Building. The public can also fill out their own evaluation forms after the meeting to share their comments with the Board of Education.
