MADISON, Wis. (WSAU) – Senate Majority Leader Russ Decker is publicly sizing up the competition in his bid for re-election.
Decker told a WisPolitics luncheon last week that he is not taking his re-election bid lightly but that he likes his odds of beating any of the three Republican challengers who have filed papers to unseat him.
“I think three against one – I kinda like my odds,” Decker said.
Glen Flora businessman Jimmy Boy Edming, Mosinee resident Kevin Hermening and Breast Center of Central Wisconsin director Dr. Pam Galloway will compete in a three-way Republican primary for a chance to go up against the Weston Democrat.
