APPLETON, Wis. (WTAQ) - Air Wisconsin of Appleton said a domestic dispute resulted in a bomb threat involving one of its flights on the East Coast Tuesday morning. Spokeswoman Annette Daly said a passenger on a flight from Norfolk Virginia to Philadelphia got threatening text messages – and they mentioned a bomb aboard the aircraft. Once the plane landed in Philly, 23 passengers got off safely – and then an Air Wisconsin security crew searched the entire plane and found nothing. Police said the man who made the threats was arrested in Virginia.
