Wausau, Wi (WSAU) You don't often see a 9 inning complete game in American Legion baseball but that's what Cory Magnuson delivered for the Wausau Post 10 Bulldogs Monday night in a 9-4 win at Athletic Park. The senior gave up three runs in the first inning but settled down to shut-down Post 492 most of the rest of the way. He struck out 5 and walked three and was helped by some sparkling defensive plays including a diving catch by rightfielder Brad Knoblock that ended the 8th inning.

The Post 10 offense was led by Seth McMullen who homered in the first inning and also added a double and two RBIs. Jason Kyle had three hits and Mike Parman drove in  two for the Bulldogs. Dexter Zebro and Luke Doescher had two hits apiece for RSW.

Wausau also won the opener 9-7 which was the completion of a game that was suspended by rain on July 7th. Ryan Zweck picked up the win. Mitch Howe had three hits and drove in two for Wausau.
