(Mount Pleasant, MI)  --  Central Michigan University is seeking vengeance after the dismissal of a lawsuit filed by a former women's basketball player.  A federal judge dismissed Brooke Heike's claims that she lost her basketball scholarship because she is white and heterosexual.  Attorneys for the university and basketball coach Sue Guevara are asking the judge to impose sanctions on Troy attorney Cindy Rhodes Victor, who represented Heike.  University officials say the lawsuit was frivolous.
