Milwaukee, Wi (WSAU) Scott Skiles said the Bucks had to get bigger in this years draft and GM John Hammond was able to accomplish that with 4 picks in the two-round draft Thursday night. The Bucks selected Larry Sanders from Virginia Commonwealth with the 15th pick in the first round. Sanders is a 6"11 power forward whom Hammond described as one of the faster players available.

The team's selections in the second round were 6'7" guard Darlington Hobson from New Mexico, 7' center Jerome Jordan from Tulsa and 6'9 forward Keith "Tiny" Gallon from Oklahoma.
