MILWAUKEE, Wis (WSAU) A Milwaukee manufacturer of stereo headphones is suing its former vice president of finance and former auditor over allegations of embezzlement.

Koss accuses Sujata "Sue" Sachdeva of fraud and deceit, professional negligence and breach of fiduciary duty in the lawsuit. The company said she stole $31-million over a five-year period that ended when she was fired in December 2009. Sachdeva allegedly spent the money on luxury clothing and jewelry, furs, vacations and furnishings for her Mequon home. She pled not guilty to the charges in January and remains free on a 50-thousand-dollar signature bond.

Meanwhile, Grant Thorton LLP, Koss' previous auditor, denies any wrongdoing.
