MADISON, Wis (WSAU) Wausau's spelling champion, 13-year-old Aaditi Naik, finished in 6th place at the state spelling bee in Madison on Saturday. That means no trip to the national finals in Washington.

Naik mis-spelled the word "entotic" -- a medical term referring to the interior of the ear.

Naik is a 6th grader at John Muir Middle School. She won her school's spelling bee, and the regional competition in Mosinee last month.
