Former Wausau teacher's aide Bee Lor is accused of touching an 11-year-old's girl's breasts on the playground at Maine elementary school in April 2010.

WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAU) – The man accused of molesting an 11 year old at Maine Elementary did not have a preliminary hearing today as scheduled.

Bee Lor's defense attorney Keith Ellison waived time limits for his hearing, meaning it will be rescheduled at a later date. Ellison also requested a no contact order be changed so that defense investigators can have contact with the victim and the victim's family. Ellison said in court today that this was was still at the investigative stage, and that moving forward with hearings would be counter productive.

Lor has been fired from the district, and will be facing additional charges after threatening to bring a gun to the meeting where he lost his job.

More hearings will be scheduled at a later date. Until that point, Lor will remain in custody on a 50 thousand dollar cash bond.
