WAUSAU, Wis (WSAU) Wisconsin's first lady Jessica Doyle will be in Wausau today.
She'll be at Wausau-West High School to promote the Wisconsin Covenant, where students promise to get good grades, and the state promises to make enough financial aid available for them to attend a state college. Governor Doyle proposed the program in 2006. It's never received funding from the state legislature, but has received private donations.
Mrs. Doyle will also visit J.D. Jones Elementary School, where student Savana Heldt is the winner of the 'Where In Wisconsin is Jessica Doyle' geography contest.
