LANSING, Mich (WQTX)  The Republican Governors Association is questioning spending by Democratic gubernatorial candidate Virg Bernero in a new ad. The 30-second spot says Bernero spent about $4-thousand while in office on personalized pencils and maintaining an office aquarium. It says he also spent $20-thousand on food. A spokesman for the Lansing mayor says the food was for official city events and the fish tank was installed by former Lansing mayor David Hollister.
