WASHINGTON (Reuters) - House of Representatives Speaker John Boehner said he raised Thursday the need for stronger intellectual property protections and improved human rights in China with China's President Hu Jintao.
Boehner also raised concerns about "curtailing the aggressive behavior of North Korea" in a meeting with Hu on Capitol Hill, Boehner, a Republican, said in a statement. "And finally, we raised our strong, ongoing concerns with reports of human rights violations in China," he said.
