STEVENS POINT, Wis (WSAU) A Stevens Point man is under arrest after plotting to kill his estranged wife.

Police say 50-year-old Rocky Neuman owns the Downtown Tattoo Shop in Stevens Point. He allegedly asked a female customer to help him dig a grave that his wife was to be buried in after he strangled her. The customer went to police. She returned to the tattoo shop wearing a wire. Neuman was arrested a short time later.

Prosecutors say on the recording Neuman tells the woman to get some shovels. The murder was being planned for later this week.

Nueman was arrested after the plot unraveled last Tuesday. He's being held in the Portage County jail, and is due back in court on June 13th.
