Rifleman Craig Johnson died instantly after he was struck by a Land Rover that skidded off an icy road last month (Feb11).

The 24 year old had been preparing for his second tour of duty in Afghanistan with the army unit 1st Battalion, The Rifles.

The Inbetweeners star has paid tribute to Johnson, a close friend since they were young boys, insisting, ""I have lost my comedy soulmate. He was the funniest person.""
