WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAU) – The court cases against 4 men charged in a November home invasion in Wausau are starting up again.
31-year-old Jason Walker was bound over for trial Friday after a witness in the case returned to the area from Milwaukee. She testified at the hearing, identifying Walker as one of the men who entered her 5th Street apartment and started attacking the residents.
Walker is currently charged with Armed Burglary, and multiple counts of false imprisonment, battery and criminal damage to property.
Police reports say Walker and his accomplices had been planning the attack, with evidence pointing to them making phone calls to the house and knocking on the door before the break in.
Another man charged in the assault, Joseph Unger, is scheduled for his preliminary hearing on Friday.
