MADISON, Wis. (WSAU) – A Wausau man has pled guilty to federal drug dealing charges.
Michael Lumbert pled guilty Wednesday to a charge of possessing crack cocaine with the intent to deliver. The 30-year-old Lumbert had also been charged with dealing the drug in November and January. Those charges will likely be dismissed.
He faces up to 30 years in prison when he is sentenced December 2nd, but the U.S. attorney’s office is recommending a judge give Lumbert the maximum available reduction for accepting responsibility in the case.
