TOWN OF HARRISON, Wis. (WSAU) – Someone shot and killed a “breeding buck” at a deer farm in Lincoln County last week.

The white tailed deer – which is valued at $15,000 – was killed with a single gunshot at the deer farm on Highway 17 near Pine Lake. Authorities think it happened between September 1st and September 6th when the animal was found dead.

Sheriff’s investigators are searching for the deer’s killer. Anyone with information should call Crime Stoppers at 715-536-3726.
