ANTIGO, Wis. (WSAU) – A Wittenberg man accused of being involved with an Antigo drug ring will stand trial on three marijuana dealing charges.
Brad Maahs waived his preliminary hearing and pled not guilty to the felony charges. Maahs was the last of three suspected drug dealers who was ordered to stand trial.
According to court documents, Maahs sold marijuana to his brother-in-law John Lund several times over the last three years. Lund has resigned as Antigo high school's football coach and elementary school principal.
Lund and Scot Peterson have also been ordered to stand trial on similar charges.
