RHINELANDER, Wis (WSAU) A Lake Tomahawk woman is charged with a 5th OWI after being pulled over by the State Patrol on Highway 8 in Rhinelander.

45-year-old Andrea Healy was stopped for a seatbelt violation near Spring Creek Road. The officer smelled alcohol. She failed a field sobriety test and was arrested. The police report does not say what her blood-alcohol level was.

An 11-year-old was in the car with Healy. The child also wasn't wearing a seatbelt.

If convicted as a multiple OWI offender she could get six years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines.
