PRINCETON, WI  (WSAU)  -  A Princeton man has been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol for a fifth time.  42-year-old Scott Van Norman was picked up by State Patrol officers at Highway 23 and County Road “C” Thursday night. 

Officers pulled him over for speeding, passing in a no passing zone, and passing into oncoming traffic.  Norman remains under arrest pending his next court appearance.
