MERRILL, WI (WSAU) -  Both the driver and the passenger face charges after a Sunday morning car crash in Lincoln County. The car had went off the road just after 2:00 a.m. in the Town of Scott. Deputies arrested 24-year-old Ashley Buhse for operating while intoxicated. They also arrested passenger 26-year-old Justice Latzig-Gresens for reckless endangering safety. Officers say the passenger pulled on the emergency brake which caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle. Both will have bond hearings in Lincoln County Court Monday.
