NASHVILLE, TN (WSAU) -  A Marshfield man with an obsession for singing star Taylor Swift is in trouble, but not as much trouble as before.

24-year-old Jacob Kulke is in jail in Nashville Tennessee, where he was charged with trespassing after climbing over a fence at a home in nearby Belle Meade that is connected to Swift and her family. Kulke’s attorney Sean McKinney says prosecutors discussed the charges with Swift’s representatives and decided not to prosecute.

Kulke is still fighting extradition to Colorado, where he is wanted for probation violation.
