UNDATED (WSAU) Packer linebacker Erik Walden has agreed to perform 50 hours of community service and continue his counseling to resolve a disorderly conduct-domestic abuse charge. The charge will be dismissed in a year if Walden doesn’t violate the terms of his deferred judgment agreement. Walden was thrown in jail last November after a fight with his girlfriend. She has since changed she story, and was opposed to charges being filed in the case.
If he stays out of trouble for a year, the charges will be removed from his record. If he violates the agreement, Walden could get 90 days in jail and a $1,000 fine.
According to WLUK-TV, the judge also limited Walden's contact with his then-girlfriend to situations dealing with their children.
