Packer Injury Report A Long One

GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) For the second week in a row, Green Bay Packers’ receiver Jordy Nelson is listed as questionable for Sunday’s home contest against Arizona. Nelson missed last Sunday’s win over Jacksonville with a bad hamstring suffered at practice nine days ago.

Yesterday, coach Mike McCarthy said Nelson would be a game-time decision – but his evaluation went well, and the staff put him through more activity than he’s had since his injury.

Also, rookie safety Jerron McMillian missed practice for the first time all week, and he also questionable for the Cardinals’ game with a back injury. McCarthy said McMillian’s back tightened up last night, and he had treatment this morning. The coach also said defensive end Mike Neal has healed up nicely from his ankle injury suffered against the Jaguars. He was limited at practice today as a precautionary measure.

The list of players who are out for Sunday’s game was no surprise – Greg Jennings, John Kuhn, Nick Perry, Sam Shields, Jerel Worthy, and Charles Woodson. A number of Packers are listed as probable – Neal, Donald Driver, Jermichael Finley, Aaron Rodgers, T-J Lang, and B-J Raji.
