TOMAHAWK, WI (WSAU) -  A twenty six year old West Bend man is in the Lincoln County Jail for allegedly inflicting serious harm on another man Sunday morning. Robert C. Arms was stopped by deputies on Highway 51 at the County Rd K exit. He was taken into custody on a felony charge of substantial battery along with violating his probation rules. He allegedly injured a 42-year-old man from West Bend at a residence in the Town of Skanawan.

The victim is hospitalized at Ministry Sacred Heart Hospital in Tomahawk.

Arms is at the Lincoln County Jail awaiting a Monday bond hearing.
