UNDATED (WSAU) Criminal charges were filed yesterday in connection with a drunk-boating fatality from last summer. 22-year-old Christopher Collins of Adams is accused of crashing his boat into a bridge piling on Castle Rock Lake near Germantown. There were five people on-board; one of them, 23-year-old Michael Miklavicic of Friendship, was killed.
Collins said he had four or five beers before the accident. His blood-alcohol level was .13.
His arraignment hearing is December 13, when he'll enter a plea to charges of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle.
