(Minneapolis, MN) — Twenty-three points and seven rebounds from Giannis Antetokounmpo made it close, but the Milwaukee Bucks lost their exhibition finale to Minnesota Friday, 112-108.
Andrew Wiggins led the Timberwolves with 24 points and rookie Karl-Anthony Towns added 18, plus a dozen rebounds. Khris Middleton scored 19 points for the Bucks.
Starting point guard Michael Carter-Williams didn’t play. This was the second time the two teams had met in the last four days.
The Bucks finish the preseason with a two-and-four record. They open the regular season with a home game against the New York Knicks Wednesday.
